Allan,
I sent my Registration email again because the first one bounced back undeliverable! Can you just let me know you have received it?
Cheers,
Lee

Hi Lee,
seems you're already past the equator there. Yes, recieved and due to appear on the roster tonight. Good to have BA in their "centenary" joining in!
Cheers Allan

Hi Allan,
Thanks for doing this "tour".
Did you get my registration sent to GAAR15director etc last Sat 7th?
Also the link "Flight Descriptions C Legs 1-18" only contains Legs 1-12

Rog,
The C descriptions file is now the correct one covering 1 to 18, and your entry is on the C Roster. I had a bit of fun with the uploads when I realised that the scoring was wrong and had to backtrack. Hopefully I will have the scoring working and first couple of leg reports to date issued by the weekend.
Cheers, Allan

Hello!
I am in dire straits! I am trying to take the test flight A (I am flying the DC-3 as always). My problem is that I cannot find either the Kinloss VOR or the Duncansby Head NDB. Both Plan G and the Navigraph Charts do not recognise them. What should I do?
Regards,
Domingos

Domingos,
Which sim are you using? My understanding is that loading the flightplans for the relevant sim should enable you to have waypoints in place of the navaids if they are missig from your sim.

Hello Allan,
I am using P3Dv4.5, but I don't think this is a simulator problem, as the Navigraph Charts do not recognise the navaids either. As far as I know there isn´t a flightplan for the test flights. Isn´t that so?
Regards,
Domingos
P.S: I have now found the flightplans for the testflights. I will test them tomorrow.

Thanks so much. It worked! Now I have another question: I am flying a Boeing 737-800 so I flew Test Flight Type C. I did my time test, sent the email to GAAR15director@gmail.com with all of the information requested in the packet, but I am still not on Roster C. I turned my time in yesterday, September 15, 2019 at about 9:00 a.m. EST. As instructed, I emailed GAAR15director@gmail.com. Is this not the correct email address? That's what was in the instruction packet.

James,
I have been on the road for most of the last two days but hope to have the Rosters updated with some initial scores today.

Hi guys, Getting problem with flight summary for roster B legs 19 and 20.... At my side, WSSS straight to WIPK is 246 NM, and WIPK straight to WARR is 506 NM, which is just 10 NM more than a straight WSSS to WARR... Might change the target times for these legs into the flight summary? Blue skies Philippe

Allan, Just reading various threads of the EARC 2019 forum, finding your post Aug 6, 2019 at 9:58pm... Are you talking about BGAD003, also known to me as DCA2400? Anyway, it is always very sad news to learn that one or our fellow pilots has become a "Silent wing"... Philippe

For those that have issues finding navaids that no longer exist in the real-world, IE Navigraph Charts and SIM's with Currents AIRAC's. You can load the flight plan for your sim from the web site into the GPS, Plan-G has converted those missing Navaids to waypoints for the GPS to use. I have tested this out in both X-Plane 11 and P3DV4.5.

Philippe,
Sadly you are correct, Rob was BGAD003.
As to the C routes beyond 18, they will be uploaded this weekend. They are not direct!
Cheers, Allan

It may take a few days for your score to show up in the roster, Alen takes the times and runs them through the formula to get your score then post the results on the roster
