Preliminary flight information, weather and maps have been uploaded, along with FS9, FSX and P3D flights. Hopefully this will allow anyone working on MSFS conversion to get started.
I will check again the information on navaids in the flight descriptions tonight. I was getting cross-eyed doing it last night.
All flights are between start and finish airports. Intermediate airports are purely waypoints along the way. There is no need to stop or touch and go at these airports.
Flights have been set up using default plain vanilla copies of FS9, FSX and P3D and should start you on the active runway of the starting airport. If you find yourself in the middle of bushes use "go to airport" to reposition yourself on the active runway of your flight sim installation.
Cheers, Allan

A glitch in publishing the weather data had shown a hidden column on top of another one. This has now been corrected and the link updated. A missed link to the Leg 4 map has also been corrected.

Roster updated and an additional page added showing summary of routes, distances, headings and MEF heights between airports. The Maximum Elevation Figure is the maximum ground height prior to each airport.

Adding the flightplans from Plan-G may have caused some unintended confusion for which I apologise.
I only added them as a check on flight routes and headings in case the individual flight descriptions contained any errors. I forgot that Plan-G makes assumptions on recommended flight levels and speeds which may cause confusion. Plan-G seems to have quoted a minimum of 12,000 ft for legs of the flights.
On the Plan-G descriptions there is a column for altitude with (MEF) at the top. This column shows the Maximum Elevation Figure for ground on the route prior to the airport listed to the left. Once we get to the Alps this will rise significantly but for the 1st leg it quotes 6,000 ft for each part of the route.
As long as you keep above the MEF numbers you should not hear any embarrassing graunches from accidentally scraping along passing mountain tops. There is no need to pay attention to suggested altitudes that greatly exceed that level.
Cheers, Allan

Allan: Thank you for that! Ernie and I talked it over, and we decided to ignore those altitude recommendations, as we didn't want to make all our passengers wear oxygen masks. We'll have to be careful flying through the Alps, hugging the terrain and skipping over the really high passes before diving down into the next valley. Should be a fun ride in our old C-47!

Yeah, Plan-G's recommended altitudes are on the conservative side, not good for my Beech 18's leisurely climb performance. So I open Plan-G, import the P3D flightplan, check the elevation profile and make a judgement on my cruise altitude from that. That could run you into an Alp if you're a gnat's off track so it's as well to keep a lookout, just in case.

A roster update for pireps to date for legs 3 and 4 is now uploaded.
First rule in file updates is to remember to actually upload them. Must try to remember that!

A Roster update to Leg 9 has been added. Apologies for the delay since the previous one. Heating system and fridge failures at the same time concentrate the mind, well SWMBO's at any rate!
