I included the coordinates of where the Windmill farm is located in case you missed them. They ought to be in all versions of P3D and most likely in FSX too.

Ernie and I got up early and checked over Air America 829. Where was Nancy? She somehow managed to elude us last night, so we were hoping we wouldn't have to leave without her. While we were loading the mail bags, and some folks were lining up to get in the airplane, we heard this loud rumble coming towards us. This cowboy drove up to the airplane in a hopped up Jeep, and Nancy got out and walked over to the airplane. Nancy was fine, but the cowboy looked pretty worn out. Nancy got the passengers squared away, and, after getting clearance, off we went. We got some pictures along the way:
Here's a drone shot of us swapping out the mail at Rock Springs:
We overflew Green River, and I had to take a picture. Last time I was in Green River was back in 1998. We were on a motorcycle ride, down to El Paso, Texas for a tee-shirt and an oil change. This happened on the way back. We were staying in this really nice motel. All four of us were in one room. I had my Colt Officer's in my boot in case the alarm went off on DJ's bike (locked to MY bike). DJ woke up early and couldn't go back to sleep, so he decided to rearrange his gear. All his gear was in a big cargo bag, but also in individual Zip-Lock bags. He was trying to be quiet, but all that rustling around woke the rest of us up. I remember thinking that I could shoot him, but then I for sure wouldn't be able to get back to sleep. We all got up, like, at 0230. Next thing we knew, we were blasting down I-80 at 85 mph (We were riding Harleys back then, and that's about as fast as you could go on an Evo FL-Glide. Today it'd be more like 120 on a BMW S1000XR). All we saw was the road. Passing trucks and watching for jackalopes. Actually, it was pretty cool. That's why I took this photo:
Here we are clearing the last ridge. There's Salt Lake City:
Got her down in one piece and delivered the mail:
We will not lose Nancy tonight.
Edit: Hey, I kinda screwed up. Some how I got confused and flew both legs 6 and 7 as legs 6-1 and 6-2. Oh well, it was still a fun flight. I did resubmit my PIREP data, and hope that the revision is accepted. Should be OK.

CORRECTION The 2nd line of the Seminoe Reservoir screen shot should read "and Mt Steel at 7552 feet", it is in WY not Utah.

Leg 5, from Omaha to Cheyenne, was the longest leg to date. Not just in miles, but it seemed like I was in the seat for days...there's just nothing out there!
Good numbers at 0dark hundred
Another (Pinkie) departure. That's a Navy term for a takeoff (or landing) that happens right at twilight. You get to count part of the flight as a night flight. An easy way to built night hours.
Ah, Nebraska. Miles and miles of miles and miles.
And more miles and miles...
Short final , North Platte. A couple of minutes ahead of schedule, but that just gives me a touch of padding in the afternoon. Somewhere out there is the Platte River. To thick to drink, to thin to plow, according to Mark Twain.
After North Platte, I went IFR (I follow roads), Interstate 80, in this case
Western Nebraska, still MORE miles and miles...
"Mark on top", Sidney, NE
On the ball, Cheyenne, WY

Not a lot to see between Cheyenne and Rock Springs. There are only so many ways to look at old engines starting, so... Anyway, here we are, first waypoint, Laramie, WY.
Next up, Medicine Bow. Somehow, I expected more.
Last one on this leg, Rawlings.
And that wraps Leg 6.
Leg 7 started at Way Too Early, here we are, gear coming up at 07stoopid, Rock Springs, WY
1st (and only) Waypoint for this leg, Evanston, WY
The Wasatch Range, the western most range in the Rockies. My handy-dandy sectional says I can get over them at FL105. We'll see...
We did.
Cleared the mountains, started our descent into the Great Salt Valley. That's Salt Lake International through the Co-pilot's side window.
Touching down in Salt Lake, right on time. Gotta love it!
Little gray airplane taxis by big gray airplanes...Utah ANG KC-135s of the 191st Air Refueling Squadron, 151st Air Refueling Wing. Looking good, gents, even if y'all are Air Force :-)
Done and Done for the day, Back in the day, when I was with Uncle Sam's Canoe Club, the radio call was "2000 pounds of Pony inbound" In plain English, that means the COD has 2000 pounds of MAIL. Everybody on deck LOVED to see that dumpy little plane hit the break.

Great, stories and commentary of your flights guys, love the extras you all are putting in either from experience, local knowledge or research. It is nice to know what i am going over and it is adding a bit more knowledge for me about the good ole US of A.
