Hello to all! As you easy can see - Jazzthom and me are ready at location and station...! It takes some time to organize some life-giving liquids, BB'Q items etc! But we can handle that - no problems at all! So we hope for plenty of overseas competitors and a lot of fun! Cheers Urs (alias uhug)

Salü Pilots A fine moment for me! - regardless the delay in delivery of my this year GAAR-Aircraft.. Storms came on overhead Europe and especially the Alpine region was hit enormously! A lot of snow, avalanches, rockfalls etc.. But now, the big AN-124-airplane landed safely here at Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport! Slowly but surely! On the way to the Cargo-Area. What a sight! It must be fun to be an Cargo-plane-pilot.. the world lies at your feet! After a certain time.. all container and boxes were offloaded! Very nice to have a hangar handy.. The "Skywork-Aviation-Team" will put this contents together - so we shortly will see what is taxiing out!! Until then.. Cheers Urs

Fly the AN-124 and C-17 to the finish ,and if the weather turns bad ,will have plenty of room to party inside!

The Beachcraft D17 this year. No Autopilot I can deal with, this aircraft trims out nicely No ADF is going to be an issue on the test run, Good thing I packed my Garmin 295 in the flight bag.

Fellow Pilots! The guys from "Skywork-Aviation" performed very well and made a fine job: Here she is: The Swissair DC-2-115B. She was delivered March 12, 1934 new to Swissair as HB-ITI. Swissair was not yet five years in service, when on February 28, 1936, this prestigious aircraft made a crash-landing in Gfenn-Dübendorf/Switzerland. The just-purchased Douglas DC-2 did not get up to speed at take-off, took off only briefly, crashed into a field and suffered a total loss. The radio operator and two passengers were injured. At the flight control of the airliner sat no one less than Swissair co-founder and aviator Walter Mittelholzer. Cause of the accident: Wrong Prop-settings! I hope I do it better!! All Cheers Urs (Jazzthom hand his work in late.. perhaps he is flying a steamboat....)

oh very well done! Urs! as always you deliver the details we like so much! As to my bird; well, not yet ready; I tried to organize a DC2 as you did, but due to performance problems it might better be a C47....I do not want to crash either....lol...let's see what I can arrange for this years rallye.....

Ha Jazzthom, it looks like that you have a flair to find the real golden airplanes! Only riveted is and flies better!
What about a Jazz-BB'Q or two during the rally? Cheers Urs
